Upholstery Care & Maintenance

To maintain the appearance and durability of the upholstery, we recommend cleaning with mild, non-alcoholic solutions and soft materials only.
For regular disinfection, approved cleaners such as diluted hydrogen peroxide solutions or multi-enzyme cleaners may be used according to product instructions. After cleaning, wipe the surface thoroughly with clean water.

Please avoid using abrasive cleaners or disinfectants containing alcohol, bleach, ammonia, strong acids, or alkaline chemicals, as these may cause aging, cracking, discoloration, or permanent damage to the upholstery surface.
Return & Refund Policy

ADS accepts returns of eligible unused products within 60 days of shipment.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging materials. Special order items are non-returnable.

For return authorization and detailed return instructions, please contact the ADS support team before shipping any products back.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Q Can I customize my unit if I have special request?

A Yes, ADS is able to evaluate any of your special request. If it is technically possible, we create price offer for your customized solution and once you confirm, your dental unit can be produced based on your special customized request.
Q How long does it take to produce my dental unit?

A After your order is confirmed, production time is in average 3-4 weeks. However, you need to calculate time for transport and installation.
Q Who can service ADS equipment?

A All our dealer’s network has been trained for proper service of our equipment. Each service technician obtains ADS certificate after service training, which allows him to install and service ADS dental equipment.
Q What is the life time of ADS equipment?

A We, as manufacturer, declare life time of our systems as 10 years. However, even today, we have customers using 15 years old units, as they have been properly serviced and taken care of.
Q Where can I buy ADS Dental equipment?

A
ADS Dental sells dental equipment only through the distribution network in each country. Please contact your local dealer of ADS Dental for quotation. Local organization is responsible for correct installation and service of ADS Dental equipment. Local teams have been trained and have all necessary certificates to correctly maintain our dental equipment.
